All our shirts are entirely hand-made, therefore the timing could be delayed due to the time of realization of the garment.
The expected shipping date varies according to the payment method and the date of confirmation of the anatomical measurements. During national holidays, there may be delays due to the closure of the establishments. Any changes in shipping times will be communicated by e-mail.
· If the product is already packaged and is “available”, it is possible to pick it up in the boutique the next day or to receive it at home generally within 7 working days.
· If the product needs changes or you want to engrave the initials, the times could be extended up to a maximum of 15 working days.
Shipping in Italy is free for orders over 150.00€.
Shipping in Europe is free with a minimum order of € 250,00
The manufacturing times of a made-to-measure garment are subject to periodic variations as the requests are different depending on the period.
You will always be informed of the shipping times at the time of your order, and you can withdraw without penalties in the following 24 hours.
Generally we take 15 to 30 working days for the packaging of the garment, plus shipping times (generally 48 / 72H for Italy, 3-5 days for Europe).
Atelier Fil à Fil pays homage to shipping with orders over 150.00€ in Italy, and 200.00€ in Europe.
