The company ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS respects and protects the consumer in terms of legal guarantee of conformity and is liable for any defect that occurs within two years from the delivery of the goods pursuant to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.<\/li>\n<li>For the purposes of exercising the right, it is assumed that the consumer goods comply with the contract if:\n<ul>\n<li>the product has the characteristics usually present for goods of the same character \/ type;<\/li>\n<li>the goods comply with the description made by the seller and possess the qualities that the seller has already presented to the consumer in a sample or model;<\/li>\n<li>the goods have the qualities that the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the goods and, where appropriate, the declarations made in this regard by the seller through advertising media, sponsors and information forms, by the manufacturer or by his agent or representative, also in particular on labeling;<\/li>\n<li>the products are suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer, in accordance with what was presented to him at the time of purchase, if brought to the attention of the seller at the time of the conclusion of the contract, accepted by the latter also for conclusive facts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The following defects do not fall within the concept of &quot;conformity defects&quot;:\n<ul>\n<li>personal comfort preferences in wearing;<\/li>\n<li>damage caused by cuts, burns, carvings, liquids or stains by customer actions;<\/li>\n<li>usury;<\/li>\n<li>loss of closure buttons;<\/li>\n<li>breakage of hinges during use that are caused by mechanical jamming;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>In compliance with art. 132 of the Consumer Code, the buyer loses all rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. To this end, the consumer must send the communication in writing to the address: ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS - Via G.Garibaldi 74, 44121 Ferrara - IT, or electronically to: customercare@atelierfilafil.it.<\/li>\n<li>In any case, unless proven otherwise, it is assumed that the lack of conformity that occurs within six months of delivery of the goods already existed on the delivery date.<\/li>\n<li>In order to take advantage of the legal guarantee, the consumer must provide proof of delivery of the same by the company for this purpose, keeping the purchase invoice, or any other document that can certify the date of the purchase (for example the account statement credit card) and the date of delivery.<\/li>\n<li>In case of ascertained lack of conformity and falling within the definition of it as given in paragraph 2, the buyer may request in accordance with art. 130 of the Consumer Code, alternatively, without ever incurring additional costs for the repair or replacement of the purchased good, a reduction in the purchase price or the termination of this contract, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or results for the company ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS excessively onerous.<\/li>\n<li>Once the request has been forwarded, the company ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS will reply to the consumer within 15 working days of receipt, indicating its willingness to proceed with the request, or the reasons that prevent him from doing so.<\/li>\n<li>If the company ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS decides to accept the consumer&#039;s request, it must indicate the method of shipping or returning the goods as well as the deadline for the return or replacement of the defective goods, at no cost to the buyer (in Italy) .<\/li>\n<li>If the repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive, or the Company ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS has not repaired or replaced the goods within the period referred to in the previous point or, finally, the replacement or repair previously carried out caused significant inconvenience to the buyer, the latter may request, at his choice, an appropriate reduction in the price or the termination of the contract. In this case, the buyer must send his request to the company ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS, which within the next 15 working days of receipt, will indicate his willingness to proceed with the same, or the reasons that prevent him from doing so.<\/li>\n<li>If the company ATELIER FIL \u00e0 FIL SRLS accepts the Buyer&#039;s request, it must indicate the proposed price reduction or the methods for returning the defective goods against the full refund of the sum paid, for the re-credit of which the consumer will indicate the operating procedures .<\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Products offered on our site comply with the applicable regulations in Italy on the subject.
